Gas Grill Indoor Can you out a grill rack on an indoor “counter top stove thing” and get grill marks on chicken?
So I have this little rectangular thing thats like a mini-portable stove. I also have some chicken, that I would like, grilled (for some grilled chicken and shrimp penne alfredo). I really want those grill mark lines on the chicken to make it look more authentic. Anyways, I was wonderings, if i took a grill rack off my grill, and put it on this and grill the chicken on top of it, will it get these grill lines? Btw i cant use the grill because its really cold outside, and no gas in the tank!

I have a CharBroil bbq gas grill. There is propane in the tank, but it is no longer igniting. I was able to manually light it, but obviously I would like it to automatically ignite (I have a fear of setting myself on fire, don’t you?). Does the grill have a pilot light like an indoor gas cooktop? If so, where is it and how do I safely re-light it? Or is something broken, ie: a regulator valve?
you can get a new ignightor for a couple of bucks, but in my experience they are worthless and go out all the time. i would manually light my grill
